Proper posture can help to improve performance, relieve tension, conserve energy and boost confidence. Learn how to identify poor posture and exercises that help to correct and perfect posture and alignment. A follow up to the beginner core series, this workshop will cover more progressive exercises to keep your core challenged and engaged. Learn stability ball exercises that wake up your core. Intermediate and advanced options will be covered for most exercises. Prerequisite: Beginner core or experience in core training. Please bring a stability ball if you own one. |
