Class 1 – prep week  We’ll go over all the details of the program, the shopping list and how to get prepared.
Class 2 The 12-days starts on Monday - we go over what to expect, plan meals, and make a recipe or two.
Class 3 We go over how adding foods back into your diet and clean eating strategies for everyday living. Of course we’ll also make some more yummy recipes.

The Whole ‘Vegan’ Enchilada Transitioning to a healthy vegetarian or vegan diet can be a daunting task. There are many questions from how to get enough calcium and protein to what are good snacks and how to cook with greens, grains and bean.
The Whole ‘Vegan’ Enchilada Workshop will get you going in the right direction.This is a 3-part session

Dine and Learn Donna will help you host an interactive, in-home vegan dinner party for you and your friends. This is a great way for everyone to learn how to create wholesome and delicious meals with natural ingredients in your home.These are interactive sessions where we all take part – peeling, chopping, chatting.
