The Movement To Health Power Foods Boot Camp, affectionately known as ‘The Cleanse’,  is designed to take away foods that leave your body toxic and inflamed creating renewed health and vitality.

The purpose of the program is to: 
allow greater healing and detoxification, 
transition to a healthier lifestyle,
learn about new food choices and possibilities, 
achieve higher energy levels, to improve digestion.
As a wonderful bonus, many participants also lose unwanted pounds!!

This cleanse is based on whole foods, no special shakes or supplements. By eliminating major sources of toxins such as coffee, red meat, fried food, soft drinks, foods with trans fats, white sugar, gluten, and high-fructose corn syrup, your body can start to renew and rebuild in as little as one week.

How the Power Foods Boot Camp works:
It starts with a preparation week of groceries and meal-planning and a guided transition to vegan diet (no animal products or dairy). The next 12-days follow a seasonal menu and consists of 75% alkaline-producing foods. In the fall and winter months you enjoy more rich root vegetables and whole grains, and in spring and summer months more raw fruits and seasonal fresh vegetables. During the first five days you slowly eliminate foods until the weekend when you enjoy a luscious 2-day feast of fruits and vegetables- soups, stews, salads, smoothies and juices. Over the remaining 5 days you add grains, legumes and nuts and seeds back to your diet.

All grains are gluten-free and coffee and alcohol are eliminated during the 12 days, green tea is permitted. The program includes group meetings, and on-going support and motivation, recipes, email tips, grocery list and suggested meal plans. You will see how easy it is to make whole fresh foods the major part of your diet.
