What is Elation Yoga?
Elation Vinyasa Yoga Classes offer the perfect mix of strength & flexibility combined with stress reduction & spirituality; and they have been know to get hot and sweaty from student-generated heat.
Our classes are offered either on a drop-in basis with your class pass or pay as you go. We also offer pre-registered classes including Pre-Natal and our 3-week Beginner series perfect if you are brand new to Yoga.

Yoga is a physically, emotionally and spiritually uplifting and balancing practice that is open to all. There are many different styles of yoga: it’s a matter of finding the one that inspires you and honours your body.
Always remember that not every posture and not every style is for every body, so when in doubt be gentle and ask. We are happy to take time with you and help find modifications and adjustments that will support you. If you have health issues, always discuss beginning yoga with your health care practitioner.
