From Beginner Runner to 10KM Training to Marathon Training, the personalized, professional group running classes are fun and exceptionally motivating. You will meet friendly people from all walks of life, sharing their running goals, motivations and experiences. You will be amazed at how successful you will be in reaching your goals within a team setting. You will also learn how to incorporate changes in nutrition, how to add strength training techniques and how to visualize your success while building a solid running program.

If you haven't already started, now's the time to incorporate weight lifting into your training. Many runners finish races with slumped shoulders and bad form. By incorporating running-specific exercises into your training, you'll find your upper body strength can carry you through the end of tough races.

Why the Beginner Runner Classes are for women only
Women join our yoga and running
classes for a variety of reasons; for fitness of course, and also for motivation, to have time for themselves, to spend time in the community of other women, and to empower themselves to reach goals associated with fitness and to reach larger life goals as well.
By offering some classes for women only, we can structure them to really include all the elements that foster community, motivation, health, wellness and empowerment for women in a empowering and nurturing environment. We are creating a safe haven for women to come together to share, grow and become their own inspiration.

Women's Only Yoga classes: Monday night: Hatha Flow, level 1; Wednesday night: Hatha Yoga for Women, level 2
Women's Only Running classes: Beginner Runner all locations, all classes at Lululemon in Westboro
Powerful Woman Boot Camp: held at the Santosha Yoga Centre in Westboro
