icon –Why Women Only?

Over the last seven years with Movement To Health I have noticed that women join our yoga and running classes and most recently our Powerful Woman Boot Camp for a variety of reasons; for fitness and for motivation of course, but also to take time for themselves, to spend time in the community of other women, and to empower themselves to reach goals associated with fitness and to reach larger life goals as well.

By offering some classes for women only, we can structure them to really include all the elements that foster community, motivation, health, wellness and empowerment for women in a empowering and nurturing environment. We are creating a safe haven for women to come together to share, grow and become their own inspiration.

Women Only Classes

  • Women's Only Yoga classes:
    Monday night - Hatha Flow; Wednesday night - Powerful Woman 1 and 2.
  • Women's Only Running classes:
    Beginner Runner all locations, 10km Training @ Lululemon in Westboro
  • Powerful Woman Boot Camp:
    Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 5:45am @ Santosha Yoga Centre in Westboro
