YOGA FOR RUNNERS
Participation in sport often creates tight and imbalanced muscles which can lead to injury; Yoga for Runners is designed to enhance endurance, strength and flexibility.
Donna Davis, host of Yoga for Runners on Rogers TV series; leads this 60-minutes an all-levels Power Yoga-based classes, designed to increase both strength and flexibility, and help you avoid injuries. In particular, our classes boost endurance with sun salutations and the continuous flow of breath and movement, and focus on building core strength and opening of hips, just what every runner wants
Yoga for Runners is the perfect choice for cross-training and enhancing personal performance; perfect for non-runners too!
Classes are offered in pre-registered sessions, drop-in is available

Will you miss 1 or 2 weeks of classes but still want to join?
If you can’t make every class of the session we can pro-rate your registration fee for 1 or 2 missed classes, if you think you may miss more classes than that, please attend on a per class basis, paying the drop-in fee at the class.
